je recommande cette agence dirigée par Pascal Roques.

Nous les avons mandaté pour la recherche d’un terrain destiné à recevoir notre future usine d’argan et avons trouvé le bien en un temps record.

Mais le plus important c’est que Pascal Roques connaît parfaitement les contraintes (et les pieges) liées aux autorisations et aux règles urbanistiques et qu’il continue à nous accompagner après signature du compromis en vue d’obtenir les permis.

My wife and I moved to Morocco from the US. We knew we wanted to buy a house in Essaouira, but we had no knowledge of how to do that, or what legalities were involved.

While we expected a typical immobilier experience, what we got was extraordinary. Pascal helped us find the perfect house for us to remodel. My wife and I own a design agency in America, and my wife designed the remodel. Pascal’s team did a fabulous job of renovating our house into exactly what we wanted.

Not only did Pro Immobilier find our house and renovate it for us, they did so much more to make our move to Morocco smooth and easy. Pascal and his team helped us open local bank accounts, turn on utilities in our names, showed us where to buy quality wares and what they should cost, and found us a storage space for our furnishings while the house was being remodeled.

And that’s not all. My wife got very sick during the process and we didn’t know of a respected doctor to visit. Pascal called his doctor and the doc made a house call to tend to her. Fortunately she was back on her feet in no time.

I would have never expected this level of professional service, and I’m pleased to say that Pascal and his wife, Carole, have become friends during the process. The important thing is that this agency successfully sold our house which was not a totally easy one to sell – they found a buyer and made a good proposition to them. They were also able to be flexible when I requested use of a notary in a different city, though that did cost us extra. They were patient with us when there were delays in our obtaining the sale price from the notary.
