Decomposition of Notary’s expenses according to the property and services requested and given as an indication
Registration of the sale agreement from 2500 dhs to 3500 dhs
1.5% for land conservation (land title update)
4% registration fee (tax administration to put the property in your name) for a property without land
6% registration fee for property with land
Fixed fee stamp + certificate from 150 to 200 dhs
Fees of act, minutes, shipping from 1500 to 3000 dhs
1% VAT notary fees Notary + VAT of 10%
Establishment of an investment file at the exchange office for the repatriation of foreign exchange in case of sale of 2500 dhs to 5000 dhs
The total amount is approximately 7-8% of the sale and given as an indication.
