Rental in Essaouira

Our business rent for you is:

Search for properties, make an inventory and inventory incoming & outgoing, write a lease, accompany and assist the owner and the tenant.

Following our intervention, our fee is due at rental contrat firm.

In the case of an average lease of 1 to 3 months

The commission is 25% ht of the rent for the landlord and 25% for the tenant. Water and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant.

In the case of an average lease of 3 to 6 months

The commission is 50% ht of the amount of rent for the lessor and 50% for the tenant. Water and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant.

In case of long-term rental from 6 months

The commission is 1 month rent for the tenant and 1 month rent for the landlord owner. Water and electricity are the responsibility of the tenant.

Payment is made upon signing the lease.

In the event of a rental management mandate : The fee is 8% ht of the monthly rent for the owner landlord. Payment is monthly
